Hips

Home Information Packs are being phased in, and it will soon be compulsory for all properties to be marketed with a HIP. If you or your agent already have a HIP and you want to advertise with us then please arrange for a copy to be sent to us, preferably by email.

If you do not have a HIP for your property then we can arrange for one to be provided. Simply give us the information below and we will contact you to discuss your requirements and payment options.
