List a property

We offer advertising facilities for homeowners, estate agents, developers and housing associations.

Private Property Advertisement

Listing your property for up to 6 months costs £95.

Then there are then two options:

Option 1.

If you have an estate agent we will introduce prospective buyers to them and they will deal with the sale – on completion we charge you £195. You will still have to pay the estate agent’s fee.

Option 2.

If you are not using an estate agent we will make appointments and deal with the sale for you – on completion we charge you £595. Before arranging a viewing we will obtain the viewers contact details and an indication of their ability to purchase, so that you can decide whether to accept the viewing. We will negotiate on your behalf and if a sale is agreed will obtain proof of funding or details of what actions are being taken to secure funding. We will instruct solicitors, and monitor the sale through to completion.

Before advertising commences you are required to have a Home Information Pack (HIP). If you have one already we will need an electronic copy. If you need to buy a HIP we can arrange that for £395.
To advertise please register on the site. Then input your copy, photographs, EPCs and floorplans if you have them. Please call if you would like us to do that for you.
Your advertising will go live once payment has been received and we have the HIP. Payments can be made using Paypal or direct bank transfer. Just call or email your name and the address of your property, stating whether or not you have a HIP and which option (1 or 2 above) you wish to go for (a choice is mandatory) to info@mobilityfriendlyhomes.co.uk and we will send an invoice and a link to the Paypal payment page. Alternatively please pay by cheque.

Lettings
We cannot manage lettings remotely, but can make introductions to you or your agent. In the event we make an introduction which results in a letting, the fee is £195.

Estate Agency Advertising

There are three ways in which estate agents can promote qualifying properties for sale, and increase both sales and reputation. Please ask for a brochure which gives more details.

Bronze - pay as you go

Six month individual property adverts on our website
No use of our logo or marketing materials
Adverts will be in the name of Mobility Friendly Homes
£75 & vat per property
No deals for multiple offices

Silver

Unlimited qualifying properties on our website
Use of our logo and marketing materials
No brand exclusivity
Adverts will be in the name of the agency
Two year agreement, subject to three months notice from either party (in case a Gold member joins in your area)
£ 40 & vat per month per office
Deals for multiple offices of 3 branches or more

Gold

Unlimited qualifying properties on our website
Use of our logo and marketing materials
Brand exclusivity in your trading area
Adverts will be in the name of the agency
Open ended agreement, subject to three months notice from you
£ 60 & vat per month per office
Deals for more than one office

Developers and Housing Associations
